We are an independent transparency project, not affiliated with Flock Group Inc., Motorola Solutions, Genetec, Rekor, any other ALPR vendor, or any law enforcement agency. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on the Site are property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.

Camera counts, contract values, retention periods, and other figures on the Site are compiled from public records, news reporting, and community submissions. We make a reasonable effort to verify primary sources, but we do not warrant that any specific number is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Estimates are labeled as such.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Tamper with, vandalize, disable, or otherwise interfere with public surveillance infrastructure.
• Stalk, harass, or surveil identifiable individuals.
• Scrape the Site at a rate that exceeds the published robots.txt allowance or that degrades service for other users.
• Republish bulk data sets without attribution and a link back to the primary source.

Original prose, dossiers, and analyses on this Site are CC BY-NC 4.0: free to share and adapt for non-commercial use with attribution. Underlying public records remain in the public domain. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

When you submit a tip via the tip form or email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish the submission in connection with the Site. We will not publish your name or contact details without your explicit consent. We do not guarantee that any submission will be published.

The Site uses third-party services to operate: Cloudflare for hosting and security, OpenStreetMap for tile rendering and underlying map data, Loops.so for email delivery, Resend for transactional email, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregated traffic measurement. Each provider has its own terms and privacy practices; by using the Site you also agree to their terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the git history of this page; continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
